Answer the way you talk. It doesn't have to sound polished.

What will happen on Wednesday

  1. 30 minutes, only for your business

For yours and no one else's. The sessions are on the first and third Wednesday of the month, after networking, and they start at 9:30 AM sharp.

  2. We ask you the questions

A group chosen for your case. First we only ask, with no advice. Then each person contributes from their own trade, like insurance, loans, or someone who has already lived through a business like yours.

  3. You leave with a roadmap

One to three concrete things to do, in order, and who can help you. You get it in writing within the next 72 hours.

  4. Then we follow up

A week or two later, someone from the group reaches out for five minutes to see how you're doing. La Mesa doesn't end when you leave.

Send us this by the Friday before your session. If it doesn't arrive in time, we move your table to the next date. It's not rigidity. Several people set aside their morning for your business, and without your answers there is nothing to prepare it with.

What you write here stays among the people who sit at the table, just like what is said that day. It helps prepare the session so nobody asks you what you've already told us.

What we ask in return

It costs no money, but it does ask something of you. Several people set aside their morning and we look at your business before we meet you, so it's only fair that you leave with something done and not just a good conversation.

  1. Up to three tasks, and you choose them

The roadmap gives you one to three things to do. Before you leave, you say which ones you'll take and by when you think you can have them done. You set the date, not us.

  2. Five minutes of follow-up

A week or two later someone from the group reaches out to see which of those tasks you've done. It's the part that turns the session into real change.

  3. When you see the result, let us know

It matters that you tell us what helped. It's what makes the next business owner in the community feel ready to ask for their table.

It's free because the community makes it happen, not because it's worth little. Those three things are all we ask.

Your answers

6 questions
So we can look at your business first

Write it the way people search for it, not as it appears on paperwork.

Where we can find you

Fill in only the ones you have. It helps us look at your business from the outside, the way someone who just met you would see it. If you have none, leave them empty, because that also tells us a lot and there's nothing wrong with that.

The six questions

In your own words. The way you'd explain it to someone you just met.

Word of mouth, Google, Instagram, because they walked past your shop. If it's several, tell us which one brings you the most.

What really keeps you up at night, not what sounds good to say. The more specific, the better we can help.

Think of an ordinary Tuesday, not the future. Would you work fewer hours, take on more clients, stop answering messages at night?

That way we won't suggest the same thing again. Anything counts, someone you hired, something you tried on your own, ads you ran.

Of everything you shared, what would help you most if we worked on it together? If it isn't clear to you, write it just like that and we'll figure it out there.

Your answers save themselves on this phone while you type. If you close the page and come back, they're still here.
