Who we are
This site belongs to Encuentro Latino Network, the networking club that meets on Wednesdays in Woodstock, Georgia.
It's looked after by the person who built it for the club. This page explains in plain words what data it collects, what it uses it for and how to ask us to delete it.
What data the site collects
There are three places where you can leave data. In all three, you type what you share.

The directory form
It's how you ask for your business to appear in the directory. It asks for details about the business and a few about you.

- The checkbox where you agree to have the business details published

The contact form
It's how you write to the club. It asks for your name, your email and your message.

The La Mesa seat questions
La Mesa is the club's mastermind, and the seat is the form where you answer six questions before your session. It asks for your name, your business name, the links where it can be seen (the ones you have) and your answers.
What you write is saved only on your phone while you fill it in, and it doesn't pass through the site. It leaves when you send it by WhatsApp, or when you copy it and paste it yourself.
What we use it for
- To review your request and publish your business in the directory.
- To reply when you write to us.
- To prepare your La Mesa session, if you answer the seat questions.
We don't sell your data and we don't use it for advertising.
Where it goes
What you send through the directory form is stored on the site, where the person who looks after it for the club reviews it. The contact form arrives by email to that same person.
The answers from the seat reach the person who prepares La Mesa on WhatsApp, and they stay among the people who sit at the table.
What gets published
From the directory, only your business details are published, meaning the name, the category, the city, the one-line description you wrote and the links you left.
Your request is reviewed before anything goes live, and it appears only with your permission. The WhatsApp number shown is the one you gave for your business.
Your name and your email are never published.
Neither is your message from the contact form or your answers from the seat.
How to ask us to delete your data
If you'd like to be removed or corrected in the directory, send us a message through the contact form. You can also ask in person at any Wednesday meeting. A business that is not published stays stored until we delete it, and you can ask us to delete it through the contact form.
The same goes for deleting a message you sent or your answers from the seat.
Write to usOther sites
Some buttons on the site take you to Google Maps, Google Calendar, WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram. They're services run by other companies, and each has its own privacy rules.
